WSPA Membership

The WSPA membership year runs from September 1st through August 31st of of each year. Membership for the 2017-2018 year is now open.

Membership benefits include reduced registration fees to events, free webinars, legislative updates, a shared electronic database of resources,  a 10% discount on all degree and certificate programs through City University, member requests, and the opportunity for invaluable collaboration and networking.  Please let us know if there is a service, product, or training that would be of benefit to you and your district. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will continue to do our best to meet the growing needs of our members. 

We offer several levels of membership to meet the needs of our community: 

Individual Active Membership: $125
An active membership is a Washington State public school individual with responsibilities or interest in personnel administrative and related functions in public, private, or post-secondary school systems, including but not limited to employee relations, data processing, employee benefits, salary administration, staff selection, or substitute operations.

District Membership: $1,100
A district membership includes all of the benefits of an active membership, however is for those districts who would like to have up to 10 employees receive all WSPA communications. In addition all district employees are eligible for the reduced membership rate for all WSPA events.

Associate or Retiree Membership: $50
An associate membership is for those individuals serving in the capacity of building administrator such as a principal, or serving in an interim or consultant position, and others with a focus on HR/personnel functions
A retiree membership is available to members who have been active in the association and are now retired.  If you have been a WSPA member for at least five years your dues will be waived for the first year following retirement.
