Washington Educator Fairs
The Washington Educator Career Fairs are an annual opportunity for new or experienced educators to familiarize themselves with the state wide job market and make face to face impressions with various school districts from Washington state and around the nation.
Webinars provide timely and cost effective professional development, which include operational and performance/misconduct content, in addition to webinars positioning HR professionals as a district wide resource in their management areas.
WSPA’s six regions promote dialogue and networking opportunities related to effective human resource practices and procedures at a more local and geographic specific level.
Frequently used forms, commonly referenced statutes, regularly consulted agency guidance, and other documents helping inform the prepared HR professional in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
The Human Resources in Education Leadership Program (HELP), is a three-year program designed for HR Personnel, building administration, and district supervisors in order to meet a growing need for professional development immersed in HR practices, labor law, and school finance/HR overlaps.
