Vendor Information

We invite you to participate as an exhibitor during the Annual Conference of the Washington School Personnel Association.
We plan on an attendance of 175 to 200 and would love for you to join us. 

Each vendor will be assigned one six foot (6’) table, wireless internet access with electrical power available.
If you have additional needs, please contact us at the email listed below.
If you require lodging, be sure to take advantage of the Conference rate when contacting the Suquamish Clearwater Resort and Casino. 

We would also like to invite each one day vendor to be our guest during lunch on Monday, and each two-day vendor to be our lunch guest on Tuesday.
The WSPA President will introduce you to the conference participants.
In addition, there are up to two lunch tickets available per vendor booth for either Monday or Tuesday’s lunch.

Dates and Time: 

Monday, February 26, 2018 and Tuesday, February 27, 2018
You are welcome to set up your booth beginning at 7:00 a.m. on the morning of the 26th if you are vending on Monday, 
and at 7 a.m. on the morning of the 27th if you are vending on Tuesday.


$300 for single day
$500 to exhibit both dates

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Vendors have the opportunity to sponsor the Monday night President's Reception.
Your payment includes attendance at the event and an opportunity to speak with the conference attendees.
Vendors also have the opportunity to contribute an item to our silent auction. All auction proceeds benefit the Randy Hathaway Fellowship Fund
which supports continued education for human resources professionals.
We also request that you please let us know if you choose to hold a door prize drawing at your booth.
