To Prospective Teachers/Administrators and Current School District Administrators:

This is an excellent opportunity for any educator, new or experienced, to familiarize themselves with the job market and get acquainted with what the various districts and other recruiting entities have to offer. Educators are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to talk with Districts and make contacts with the recruiting entities. In addition, 2011 will offer educators break-out seminars hosted by school district hiring administrators. These break-out seminars will focus on what to know and how to distinguish yourself in the current hiring market.

Equally advantageous to Districts, ESD's, and Colleges is the opportunity to move beyond the digital recruiting world, and make those face-to-face contacts necessary to any values-based recruiting program. WSPA also provides a database of prospective teachers/administrators exclusively to Districts who attend one of the two Educator Career Fairs.
