Online Registration Payment Options and Refund Policy

WSPA currently accepts three methods of payment for all WSPA memberships, workshops, conferences and webinars: Credit card, check, and purchase order.
Payment methods for the Washington Educator Career Fair are detailed in the Career Fair section of our website.

Credit Card

Your registration is guaranteed upon successful completion of your online registration and credit approval.  We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Purchase Order (PO)

Your registration is guaranteed upon successful completion of your online registration.  An invoice will be mailed to your Accounts Payable Department indicating the Purchase Order number that you provide with your online registration.  A Purchase Order number is required in order to complete your online registration.

Check

Checks must be received in our office no later than ten (10) days after you register online.  Your registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received and only then if there is remaining space available. 

Refund Policy

A $25 administration fee will be charged for any refund request received fifteen (15) calendar days prior to any event.  There are no refunds made after this deadline.
WSPA Membership fees are not refundable.  They may be transferable upon specific request and approval by WSPA.
Please note:  Refund policies may differ for events.  In such case the specific refund policy for that event will be detailed on the event registration/information link.
