Personnel Operations Guide

The Personnel Operations Guide (POG) was developed by WSPA, with input from our members, to provide a comprehensive guide for the human resources department of every school district in Washington State. 

We have created guides for all district sizes to best meet the unique needs of each district: 

• SMALL POG for districts up to 1,000 in student enrollment 
• MEDIUM POG for districts up to 2,500 in student enrollment
• LARGE POG for districts up to 10,000 in student enrollment
• XL POG for districts over 10,000 in student enrollment
