SUPPORT, ADVOCACY, AND PROFESSIONAL LEARNING FOR THE K-12 HUMAN RESOURCE PROFESSIONAL

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MESSAGE

Good afternoon,

I hope this note finds you rested and relaxed after spending time with family and friends over the winter break.  I also hope you are healthy and safe and enjoying your time back at work.  Allow me to remind you to make sure and register for the Annual Conference and the Bargaining workshop!  Both events have a discounted price option through this Friday.  After that, the events will be at full price.

WSPA this Week Blog Highlights

  • This week's blog is a little more hefty than normal due to the two week WTW blog hiatus.  Of particular note are the WSPA News to Know tidbits and the Partner News to Know section.

Thank you for everything you do.  You are appreciated!  I hope you have an enjoyable weekend with family and/or friends.

A district is wondering if any other districts have a resource for Substitute Guidelines.

  • Do they get paid for a certain number of hours?
